Meet The Team

Sara Booth, Managing Director

Sara established Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd in 2007. Her motivation behind the company was to provide a first class service with personalised care. Sara is a CIPD Associate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma Level 7 in Human Resources Management, Sara also holds a Certificate in Management in Health and Social Care Organisation and NVQ level 4. She is also a qualified trainer. Sara says –“I am as committed to high quality care as I was when the concept of Complete Care was first created. I am proud of how much has been achieved and look forward to a future heading a company which makes a real positive impact on people’s lives.”


Wayne Mitchell, Accounts Manager

Wayne has previously worked for Complete Care back in 2009 and has recently re-joined the team as Accounts Administrator. Wayne has always had a career within the care sector, working with elderly and vulnerable adults. Wayne’s role involves providing up to date financial information such as invoicing to both the service users and local authorities. Wayne has qualifications in Business and Administration and has recently achieved NVQ 3 in Leadership and Management.


Cheryl Flynn, Care Manager

Cheryl has worked in the care sector for over twelve years, progressing from care worker to Coordinator and now Care Manager. Not only does Cheryl have a wealth of experience and skills, she has also recently passed her level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. Cheryl is passionate about providing a high quality care service which centres around the people we support. Part of Cheryl’s role is to manage a team of staff and oversee the coordination of care, providing a vital service to our communities.


Kea Smith, HR & Recruitment advisor

Kea is the newest addition to the senior team. She is highly experienced. driven and passionate about her role. Kea shares the company's vision, mission & values with the aim to provide a quality service with a person centred approach. Kea is also working towards CIPD level 5 in Human Recourses management.


Lisa Wright, Care Coordinator

Lisa joined our team as a Coordinator in 2011. This role involves ensuring service users receive a quality service. Promoting choice, dignity and delivering care to meet the needs of the individual. Lisa has worked in community care for many years, working with numerous client groups with varying needs. Lisa has an abundance of qualifications in care, the most recent one she has achieved is the level 4 in Health and Social Care.
