We and our customers want you to come and work for us as a Community Care worker in the Wakefield, Mirfield and Skelmanthorpe areas. Complete Care value and encourage care workers that want to make a positive difference. We offer our care workers continuous professional support and we reward loyalty. Previous experience in the care sector is not essential as full training will be given. It is essential that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle.

We will pay you a competative wage which will increase upon completion of your probationary period, paid travel time and mileage rate, enhanced rates of pay for Bank holidays, paid holidays and paid training.

We offer full and part time guaranteed hours, flexible working patterns, a set rota, compact rota, choice of area to work in and weekend on/ weekend off. We cannot accomodate school hours.

Before you start working for us you will undertake a full induction training programme which includes the Care certificate, on line training, Moving and Handling, Dementia Care, Nutrition, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, First Aid, Medication and Continence Care. Fully funded NVQ Level 2 and 3 training is available. Further training is provided, enabling our Care Workers to become more specialised in the roles of Palliative Care, Dementia and Stroke Care. We have a dedicated team which includes Dignity Champions and Dementia Champions.
